How are the sin 20° and the cos 70° related?

The sine and cosine are cofunctions. "Co" is for complementary as in complementary angles. What this means is that the sine of an angle is equal to the cosine of the complement of that angle. 20 and 70 are complementary angles so what does that say about sin 20° and the cos 70° ?
