Approach the problems like this, keeping the reciprocal relationships in mind. Look at option D and test it. The option is sec B = 6/5. To test that, find cos B. Cosine is the reciprocal of the secant. cos B = 4/6 = 2/3. The reciprocal of 2/3 is 3/2 which would be the value of sec B. In the options, sec B is given as 6/5 so option D is WRONG.
