1. Select two ordered pair points,Find the slope and show your work 2.Take the points you have selected and write the equation of the line using the point-slope formula. Change the equation to slope-intercept form. Show the work 3.Take the points you have selected and write the equation of the line using the slope-intercept formula. Show the work 4.Compare and contrast the two methods of writing equations. List at least two similarities and two differences of using the two methods. Tell which process you like best and why.
some plzz help me
So what points have you selected?
where's the choices for the order pair points?
i don't really understand it:/
For all you have to find slope first SO, Slope formula: \[m=\frac{ (y2-y1) }{ (x2-x1) }\]
but what about the points?
You can choose any points?
ahm .. maybe, you will make you own points if there's no given points..
so (0,5)
(0,5)(2,4) Good?
Now y2=4 y1=5 x2=2 x1=0 Now plug the values and solve.
@yomanroro it should be two points..
yah 0,5 and 2,4
okay.. then follow what @uri teaches to you ..
okay so now i slove
i need help solving i dont know how to set it up or solve it
@uri
to get the slope ... you need to use this formula ..|dw:1379777998153:dw|
