A canoe has a velocity of 0.34m/s southeast relative to the earth. The canoe is on a river that is flowing 0.51m/s east relative to the earth.

- Find the magnitude of the velocity of the canoe relative to the river. - Find the direction of the velocity of the canoe relative to the river. For the first part, I found that the magnitude of the velocity is 0.36m/s, but I am having trouble wit the second part.

I tried and got 48.21, but it's incorrect. I also tried 0.17, but it did not work.
