if a numbr is ivisibl by 10 is it ivisibl by 2 an 5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if "y" is divisible by 10, then it can be expressed as y=10x, where x is an integer y=10x --->y=2·5·x--->y=2·(5x) which means y is an integer (5x) times 2, that is, divisible by 2 You also have y=10x=2·5·x--->y=5·(2x) which means y is an integer (2x) times 5, that is, divisible by 5
