I am not too familiar with this, but you can probably conduct a nothern blot test to analyze the results and compare gene expressions of each. That is probably the best method I could suggest for this experiment.

If you're not familiar with northern blotting then I suggest you read this to familiarize yourself: http://www.bio.davidson.edu/genomics/method/Northernblot.html I have never worked with Northern blotting myself, it is more of a molecular biology technique.
