4x=3y-7 when x= 5,10,15

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have to re-arrange the equation to get y=...x.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you know how to re-arrange equations?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not really

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can move a constant or variable on the other side, if you change its sign. in above example, moved 7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

before: 4x = 3y -7 after: 4x +7= 3y 7 is on the other side of the equation right? it's now with 4x instead of 3y. we had to change sign from - to +
