This is the first year im taking physics and I have the worst teacher any hints how to understand physics bymyself?

Best advice I can give you is to read textbooks. Make sure you get good ones. Other ways would be to ask someone else, watch explanatory videos, or contemplation on phenomena. In the end it is up to each individual's way of learning. But usually reading textbooks help. And to make sure you understand, do practice problems where you can check your answers.

yes, textbooks are very good to learn it...what must you learn?what is your physics about? tell me,then i will offer you some good books... another way to learn it very good,is solving a lot of question, you can find questions and solve them when you read and learn something... I think videos, websites and other same things are not as important as textbooks are...they're important but not very much :) if you have any problem in physics you can ask them other teachers.but first,it's good to try it yourself... :)
