i would say force is the amount of pressure or energy, rather, exerted to certain things. An example could be the force of gravity and how it pulls you towards the center of the earth. I have no idea how to measure it. Hope this could help!

A force is a push or pull. A scale measures force, by weighing a material. You can measure force using a spring, - when you pull on the spring, how far you stretch the spring depends on the force you apply.
