Hi! As far as I know the correct answer to the question is (b) the Columbian Exchange.
(a) the scientific revolution started around 1550 i think and had to do with astronomy,nature, biology etc.(b) My United States history textbook describes the Columbian Exchange as an "ecological transformation" and a "ecological revolution".  (c) I don't know much about new imperialism, but I'm almost positive that it won't come until the later 1800's. (d) the Middle Passage is the grueling journey that the Africans took to America where they became slaves.  I hope this helps :)
