He abhorred it so much he rejected his religion, Hindu, because he didn't want to be reincarnated. And then consider if the life in the third world is really that much better today even though some try to ease their burdens.

From the lush tropical rain forests, to the deep blue coral oceans of Hawaii in the Pacific Seas. People take earths beauty for granted at times, polluting and destroying. But within time, and within good people and hope, mother nature will return to it's beautiful self and even become more beautiful than before. New technology, new medicines, and advancing sciences can improve the world we live in.
