use a function to model height of ball...using acceleration due to gravity as 9.8 m/s^2 \[h(t) = -4.9t^{2} +v_o t +1\] where v is initial velocity determined by force and angle of bat \[v_o = 76 \sin(57)\]
set h(t) = 0 and solve for "t" using quadratic formula
