Well, the radius of the cone would have to be 3. More importantly, the base of the cone would have to be congruent to the base of the cylindrical soda can.
Cylinder's volume = Bh where B is the area of the circular base. Cones's volume = (1/3) Bh where B is the same are the B in the cylinder formula and h is the height of both the cylinder and the cone. So, as stated above by @Yttrium then the volume of the cone is 1/3 the volume of the soda can. So, what is 1/3 of 21? @lowcard2
