Here, if she wants to INCREASE length!
She'd also want to increase width!
I mean who wants a stretched image right!? :D

Originally the frame is 11cm wide and 15cm long
She wants the frame as  ? cm wide and 30cm long!

She wants to INCREASE it Proportionally!
So if length triples Even the width should triple! :D Okay?

So here 

Wide/Length ratio should be a constant!
SO

11/15 = x/30 [Where x is the width she wants]

So x = 22cm!!! :D

So the enlarged picture will be 22cm wide! ^_^
