Help please. Harold bought two loaves of raisin bread to share with his friends. If there are 12 people total, including Harold, how much of the bread does each person receive? a. 0.06 b. 0.16 c. 0.25 d. 0.3

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

This is a division problem. Two loaves divided by 12 people, or \( \dfrac{2 ~loaves}{12~people} \) \(= 0.1666... \dfrac{loaf}{person} \) Rounded off to the nearest hundredth, each person receives this portion of a loaf: \(= 0.17\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

0.17 isn't one of the choices.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

The closest one is 0.16, so I'd use that one.
