It's not A. There's no apostrophe for "your's" because "your is" doesn't make sense. It's not B. Same thing for "one's". it is strictly "ones" and will always be. I don't see an option D but since A and B are wrong, that leaves you with C. C is correct because... the apostrophe stands for the first part of the year (1967 = '67)
