Which is the interquartile range of the data set: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14?

OpenStudy (ineedserioushelp):

the interquartile range of the data set is 12 - 8 = 4. So the IQR is 4. To get the IQR you must know the data: 6 is the minimum, 8 is the 1st quartile, 10 is the median, 12 is the 3rd quartile, 14 is the maximum, interquartile range is the range of the 1st quartile and 3rd quartile.
