At which stage of scientific thinking are scientists most likely to consider the data and conclusions of other scientists to propose new experiments? (Scientific Inquiry Scale Level 2) a. observing b. testing hypotheses c. analyzing data d. forming hypotheses

OpenStudy (calculusxy):

I think that it will be in analyzing data because the data is the results that you get after conducting your experiment. You can make your conclusion by using the data. However, just an additional information that when the same thing is proven at many stages it is a theory and if the theory is proven with even different strategies however leading up to the same answer, it will be a scientific fact. @rosaliashadows
