First one has no solutions because it is a system of equations and they do not intersect.  The second one is where they intersect (so 1 solution), as is the third one and the fourth one I can't see.  Is this what you meant?

and the fourth 1 just means no solution it's not that you can't see it

By the way it was option A no solution so there were no solutions
