First thing i rearranged the formula to x^2-2xy+y^2+3x-3y-10

So the first thing i do is look at the first number.
What do have have to times together to get the x^2
Then i look at the last number and realize I have to multiply 5 and 2 to get 10 and one of them have to be negative
