You do the same process as the last one ;) Here's a trick for larger problems. The terms with the highest degree and the terms with the lowest degree are formed by a single term with no addition. Thus the constant is 4*4 and the squared term is a*a.

As you can see the middle term involved adding things. In the event of larger polynomials you might find looking first at the product of the highest and lowest degrees useful, since expanding it can be time consuming.
