How do you solve tan x as x approaches +pi

Well, tan(x) is defined at x = pi, so just find out what the tangent of pi is, thats all.

Yeah, lol. If you have a value youre not defined at and it says lim as x -> something from the left or right, then youd have to test points. Like lim x->0+ 1/x^2. The plus means from the right, so youd be testing x = 1, x = 1/2, and see what the graph does.
