\[(\frac{ x ^{7} }{ y ^{2} })^{8}\] When we have a fraction elevated by an exponent, it's the same thing as elevating numerator and denominator by that same exponent: \[\frac{ (x ^{7})^{8} }{ (y ^{2})^{8} }\] Can you take over from there? :)
