Anyone noticed a bug in PS3 solutions? when you try to run ps3b and ask a computer to play the game, he fails to find a valid word and simply displays its hand every 15-20 seconds or so.

yeah, seems there is just a small bug in the solution.
notice the function comp_play_hand,
if you indent( ctrl+] ) the 'else' part, everything works well

The program runs OK for me except I have to add the definition for HAND_SIZE in ps3b again.  Not sure why only that is not imported from ps3a.

The "get_perms" function seems to take a long time to finish if the HAND_SIZE is large.  You can guess how many permutations from lengths 1 to 20.
