I get 8 inches though \[V=\frac{ \pi R^2h }{ 3 }=\frac{ \pi D^2h }{ 12 }\rightarrow D=\sqrt{\frac{ 12V }{ \pi h}}=\sqrt{\frac{ 12·83.74 }{ 3.14·5 }}=\sqrt{64}=8\]
