A.
y = 2x – 7
x + 2y = 3
B.
x + 6y = 8
y = 2x – 8
C.
2y = –3x + 5
2x + 3y = 4

another way is to put the lines into standard form (ax + by = c). then multiply the x coefficients and add that to the product of the y coefficients. If you get 0 then the lines are pependicular.
