Prove the equation 2x^2 + y^2 = 14 has no positive integer solutions.

Idk how to prove it officially but you can check all possible cases... x=1, 2 are possible x values (3^2 is 9, so 2*3^2 = 18 which is > 14) y=1, 2, 3 are possible y values
