If someone is giving out an answer, report them to a moderator. If you need an explanation, tag an Ambassador or Moderator, and if they can't help you, then the Ambassador or Moderator will find someone who will.

The go-to explanation I use is:

@name Please don't post answers without explanations. This does not help the user learn, and is in fact against the OpenStudy CoC.

then I explain the answer.

If I can't explain the answer, I report it.

ask for answers... no, hear me out, whenever people do, helpers tend to get their back up a little and only give out explanations
seriously, reverse psychology is still effective!
