Given the function f(x)=(x+4) / (x^2-5x+6) where 0

OpenStudy (blurbendy):

C the bottom factors to: (x -2) (x - 3) and 0 < x < 5 , but x = 2 and x = 3 doesn't satisfy the function because then you'd be dividing by 0 on the bottom

OpenStudy (blurbendy):

Also, in case you're wondering, B doesn't work because 0 < x < 5 doesn't tell you anything. x could be an integer, but 5/5 also works, and C includes all real numbers so that is the most complete answer

oh thank you for the explanation!
