Well first we know that we have to subtract the Area of the wiper mechanism and the Area of wipers on the windshield. 
Also, the area of a circle is pi*r^2
The problem is the wiper doesn't go 360 degrees so what you can do is when multiplying you would do (125/360)*pi*r^2 because it only rotates to 125 degrees not 360.
