Write the equation in slope-intercept form. What are the slope and y-intercept? -9x+10y=-9

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the slope intercept form is y=mx+b -9 is the slope (m) and 10, is the y=intercept (b) If you write it in slope intercept form it would be -9=9x-10y (I'm not 100% sure though. I just learned about these)
