Okay. This is basically asking "Pedro is _____. He is not black." Now this is basically the opposite of being black, which would be white, blanco. Pedro es blanco. No es moreno. P.S.: I know that in English it sound offensive, but actually in Spanish "moreno" is a formal, and polite way to say that someone has dark skin. It would be like saying that someone is Afro-american or Haitian in English. I just don't want you think that Hispanics are rude.
