All species have a common ancestor through similarities in DNA and RNA. Mutations occurred, changing and evolving species. Species within the same time era have more similar DNA than the species predecessors or successor. 

There is a second type of Evolution called Natural Selection or Darwinism. Survival of the fittest. Animals with favorable traits in their environment survive and breed.

I agree with the theory because it tells us about the begining of our universe and it shows beyond a reasonable doubt that our universe did in fact have a begining.
