The last choice, "it should reflect on it without restating it". One of my teachers once said to me "You can't throw up what you haven't eaten". You can't add new information to the end paragraph if you haven't already presented those words. Also with the puking metaphor, the food comes up distorted, not in EXACT detail so you can rule c out there.
