384 / 210 - 2 * 0.015
1.828 - 2 * 0.015
1.828 - 0.03 = 1.798

That's what I got and I know it's wrong. Help?

(1280 * 4.0 * 0.075 )   /  (210 - 2 * 0.015)

No, it's 80.  Thus, I ask again, what is 1280?  That seems to be incorrect.
