Trouble with drawing state diagram:
Traffic lights can essentially be implemented as a state machine, where each combination of lit
lights is a unique state. The states are: RED light on, RED+YELLOW on, GREEN on, YELLOW on.

You can use two or three flip-flops to implement the state machine.

Formulate the state diagram and assign binary values
Finish the state table!
Write the input equations for D, JK and T flip-flops!
Choose FFs to implement the counter and draw the logic diagram!
