B vertex (-2,-3)
  axis of symmetry x=-2
C vertex (2,3)
 axis of symmetry x=2
D vertex (-2,3)
  axis of symmetry x=-2

vertec form :-

$\large  y = a(x-h)^2 + k $

vertex = $ (h, k) $
axis of symmetry : $x=h$
