Thanks guys!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no.... i mean, i guess you could

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah I'm not so sure anymore. I read it again.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

24 hours in a day, 60 mins per hour. 60*24=1440 minutes in 24 hours.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

60 seconds in a minute * 1440 = 86400 seconds per 24 hours. a week being 5 days, 24*5=120hours

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Then divide 1440 to 7 days?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i'd like to say there's more to it than that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

60*120 = 7200 minutes in 5 days. 60*7200=432000 seconds

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the choices are 96, 28 ,2,520 or 672

OpenStudy (anonymous):

60*15=900

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm trying to understand but none of it is matching

OpenStudy (anonymous):

._. how many hours are in a day how many seconds are in a minute how many minutes are in an hour

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have 7200 TOTAL minutes in 5 days

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(assuming i'm doing the math right, of course)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7200/15 = 480 which i know isn;t an answer choice

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not 7 days?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i was hesitant about that.. a weekend is the 7 days and a simple week is 5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm getting 672

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how? o.o

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm still getting 672

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I asked how. I'm waiting for sam's reply

sam (.sam.):

You're close, whalexnuker. :) \[1 week \times \frac{7days}{1week} \times \frac{24hrs}{1day} \times\frac{60minutes}{1hr}=10080minutes\] 10080 minutes in a week

sam (.sam.):

Bison got it right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks guys! I'm writing the notes down.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

XD it was so much for me to intake. glad i was on the right track, though

sam (.sam.):

That's good :)
