It's best to use a calculator, but I don't know the formula, sorry.

16 x 5 is 80 √80 =√16x5 the square root of 16 is 4, so you can pull that out from under the radical.... 4√5 is your final answer.

^^ Just to add, betancourtsgb "simplified" the square root. It's best to give the smallest outcome for a more accurate result.
