I need help on a Force problem. It looks like #6 on this assignment only I have different variables.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The magnitude of each force is 251 N, the force on the right is applied at an angle 28◦ and the mass of the block is 17 kg. The coefficient of friction is 0.331.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't know if I'm on the right track but I converted the resulting 251 N to acceleration and got 14.76

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I was going to use that with gravity to figure out the x component of acceleration and multiply that by the friction constant

OpenStudy (loser66):

|dw:1380250599677:dw| can you tell me the coefficient of friction is \(\huge\mu_s ~~or~~\mu_k\)??
