Ooh! I know this one, too! Well, you know it's not nativism. You can judge by their name - the Women's Trade Union League - that they are not against unions. Thus, you can rule out union-busting. Laissez-faire capitalism means that the government does not interfere with businesses. Unions promote workers' rights and therefore limit employers. The unions wanted better wages, benefits, and working conditions, all of which would be costly to employers. The Women's Trade Labor Union was founded in the early 1900s to promote unions (of course), worker rights, and women's right to vote (suffrage). There ya go. :)
