So I know b = -0.10, but how do I find the rest?

which is x, length of stay or score on scale?

remember, the regression line must go through the point
$$(\bar{x},\bar{y})$$

so you have a point and the slope so you can solve for the intercept.  You just need to know which is x and which is y.
