Need help asap! When graphing a slope intercept that is " x " would I graph it as 1/0 ?

I think, that if the slope is x that basically means, 1x, looking at it in rise over run, 1 is \[\frac{ 1 }{ 1 }\] So you would graph from your y-intercept rising one and going over one? is that clear?
