I don't see any indication of the coordinates of points R and S in the posted question. My first idea is to find the midpoint of segment RS and called that point M. Then, use the coordinates of M and R to get the midpoint of segment MR. Call that point Q. The coordinates of Q should be the ones you want. @Firejay5

The point is not to locate the coordinate points for segment RS, because you trying to explain how the coordinates of the segment that's 1/4 of the from RS to figure out the coordinate points of RS I assume. @Directrix
