As an Olympian I can help you here! at the Obese stage she needs to change her eating habits drastically, which in 6 months can drop her BMI down to 23. She should Walk everyday for a hour a day. If she doesn't have any physical disabilities she should also consider a weight training program, that would reduce her overall body fat much faster than a lack of weight training.|dw:1380477553367:dw|
