\(\cfrac{\cfrac{3}{7}}{\cfrac{1}{21}}\) Which I can write as : \({\cfrac{3}{7}} \times \cfrac{21}{1}\) (This is a rule, the denominator will get reversed (reciprocal) and we will multiply it to the numerator)
