Yeah. That should fix it @RolyPoly :)

It's a bug that comes and goes. Not that important; and like all of the bugs recently reported to OpenStudy has never been fixed.

Doubt it's on their roadmap.

Sometimes, refreshing the page works. Also, you can try clicking on the users, it is mostly likely that they are actually offline.
