How do I set up this equation? An actor invests some money at 9%, and $43,000 more than four times the amount at 10%. The total annual interest earned from the investment is $48,400, How much did he invest at each amount?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

We have 9% or 0.09, and 10% or 0.1, and we know that the investment at 10% is 43000 + 4 times the investment at 9%. Therefore we have: 0.09x + (43000 + 4x)0.1 = 48400

Thank you. I am still having a hard time with that problem...would you mind helping me solve it?
