Write the sum using summation notation, assuming the suggested pattern continues. -10 - 2 + 6 + 14 + ... + 110 I'm completely lost on how to do this

this is where the "E" looking thing is with the n on top and the i= underneath. the i is supposed to be the index of summination and the n is the upper limit and the l is the lower limit. but im not sure on how to put it into context
