OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry wrote it wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I need help finding finial velocity v1' and v2' I just need an example problem or the formula

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I do not want the answer it just hard for me to understand can you help me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In STR or where?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

? sorry i do not understand what STR means

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lets say I have a problem that gives me the initial velocities and mass but it wants me to find the finial velocities?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Special theory of relativity,in that v1 is the velocity of source and v2 is the velocity of object.if any one of them coming towards other one then veloity will be added.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

We have to make up or own problem it gives me a hint saying solve for v2' the sub. this expression into first equations the equation that is given is for the after collision and before collision. m1v1+m2v2=m1v1'+m2v2'
